These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kitty Queen mobile application and related services ("App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information. Please read it alongside these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian should review these Terms with you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account in a way that lets others impersonate you. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.
The App may allow you to create or join groups, plan events (including kitty parties), chat, invite others, and use related social features. You are responsible for your interactions with other users. We do not guarantee attendance, outcomes of events, or behavior of other users.
Features that involve selecting a "Kitty Queen" or similar titles, surveys, compliments, or voting are provided for entertainment and social coordination among your group. They are not gambling, sweepstakes, or contests offering prizes of monetary value from us unless we expressly state otherwise in writing within the App.
In-app games (such as party games offered in the App), stickers, points, rankings, and leaderboards are provided for fun and engagement. Unless we explicitly say otherwise in the App, virtual items and points have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the App. We may remove content or restrict features that violate these Terms or that we are required to remove by law. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so.
The App may include third-party services (for example, Google AdMob for ads). Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. How we use data in connection with ads and analytics is described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kitty Queen and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for claims relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), if either applies.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional steps.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for conduct that violates these Terms or for operational or legal reasons.
